The Double S Ranch is a family-owned working Cutting Horse and Guest Ranch, nestled on over 950 secluded acres in East Texas, adjacent to Lake Cypress Springs just outside of Mt. Vernon, Texas. The ranch is home to two World Champion stallions, Double S Dually and Sting N Starlight and the former home of Reserve World Champion Dual Marquis Diamond, now standing in Italy.

Specializing in the breeding, training, and cutting of Quarter and Paint horses, the ranch is a registered member of the NCHA, ACHA, APHA, and the AQHA.

Many of the horses at the Double S Ranch come from championship bloodlines. American Quarter Horse Association bloodlines include Dual Pep, Dual Peppy, TR Dual Rey and CD Olena just to name a few.

There are also several horses with American Paint Horse Association bloodlines from the likes of Doc Stinger, Diamond Jewel Wood, Diamond Jim, and Durn Critter Dandy Boy, which is the only homozygous bloodline at the ranch.
